Good evening, I am Wolf, I am a male resident of the United States. In 2000 I was diagnosed with Bi-Polar Type II with attendant Anxiety Disorder.

I know what you're thinking, "How can someone who suffers from these things help me?" That is a fair question.

I have accumulated over 25 years of knowledge of how to cope, deflect and manage the symptoms of my condition AND, perhaps most importantly, navigate the consequences that it has had on social life, relationships and my family. I am ready, able and willing to LISTEN, SHARE to the best of my ability and I promise you, if I don't know the answer... I will FIND an answer.

Any landing you can walk away from is a good landing... right? *brushes self off* Allow me to introduce myself, in my "Listener" role I am known as Wolf (Wolfie to friends, call me wolfie if y'want LOL) I am also a "Member" in good standing of 7 Cups.
