Hi, and welcome! I'm a trained listener and I like to support people with all sorts of problems:
I have personal experience and expertise with domestic violence, eating disorders, managing emotions, depression, PTSD/trauma/dissociation, and more.
I have personal experience alone with college life, addictions, and relationship stress.
I don't talk about weight management or sexual health. I cannot, at this point, hear graphic stories of rape, sexual assault, medical trauma, or car accidents. Beyond that, I will do my absolute best to understand you no matter what kind of problem you have.
