It is usually because of PMS (Pre-menstrual syndrome). It shows emotional and physical symptoms like cramps, tender breasts, irritability, exertion, acne, bloating and mood swings.
This might be due to the hormonal changes, pre menstruating stage. Get some chocolates, green tea and get some good rest, sleep and exercise to feel better:)
