I have always believed that foundations matter more than appearances. I grew up in a world where things were built by hand and understood from the inside out. That instinct never left me. Whether machines or ideas, I care about structure — about what holds something together when time tests it. Memory has become important to me. The past feels solid, almost physical. It reminds me that time reshapes everything, and that if something is to endure, it must be built with intention. I value discipline, privacy, and quiet strength. I believe clarity reduces chaos, and that refinement is a lifelong practice. I am still building — systems, stories, and meaning — and I suspect that the work itself is the point.

 I’m a Psychology graduate with a particular interest in child and adolescent mental health and wellbeing. I’ve always been interested in understanding people, their emotions and what influences their behaviour. I also have experience caring for young children and training and supporting colleagues at work. These experiences helped me develop patience, empathy, communication and active listening skills. I’m now looking for opportunities where I can gain practical experience, continue learning and use my skills to support others, especially children and young people.
