Hi, I'm glad you're here. I'm someone who genuinely believes that having a safe space to talk can make a real difference, sometimes more than we expect. I come from a medical background and have spent time volunteering in community health settings, where I learned that listening is often the most important part of helping someone. I'm not a therapist or a counselor, but I'm someone who will listen without judgment, sit with you in the hard moments, and be present with you. I'm here because I care about mental health, and because I know how much it can mean to have someone just listen. Whether you're having a rough day, feeling stuck, or just want to talk, I'm here.

I’m here because I truly believe that being heard can make a world of difference. Sometimes, life gets overwhelming and it’s hard to find someone who simply listens without judgment. That’s why I’ve chosen to be here — to offer you a safe, understanding, and caring space where you can talk openly about whatever’s on your mind. I’ll do my best to listen with empathy, patience, and respect. You don’t have to go through things alone — we can take it one conversation at a time.

A Safe Space to Be Heard Hi, and welcome.  I’m someone who believes that sometimes, the most powerful thing we can give another person is simply our presence and our willingness to listen. I’m here to be a listener—not someone who has all the answers, not someone who will judge you, and not someone who will tell you how you should feel. I’m here to hear you, understand you, and give you a space where you can speak honestly, at your own pace, without feeling like you have to pretend that everything is okay. I know what it feels like to struggle internally while looking completely fine on the outside. I have personally experienced anxiety and social anxiety, and I know how exhausting it can be to constantly overthink, worry about what people think, replay conversations in your head, or feel uncomfortable simply being around others. There were times when even expressing what I was feeling felt difficult. Sometimes, I didn't know how to explain what was happening inside me. Other times, I was afraid that people wouldn't understand. I’ve also struggled with depression, and that experience taught me how important it can be to have someone who simply stays and listens. Depression can make you feel disconnected, tired, empty, overwhelmed, or as though nobody could possibly understand what you're going through. And sometimes, you don't necessarily need advice. You just need somewhere to put all those thoughts you've been carrying alone. That’s one of the reasons I want to be a listener. I understand that everyone's experience is different. I would never assume that because I’ve experienced something, I automatically know exactly what another person is going through. Your story is your own. Your feelings are your own. And you deserve the space to tell that story without having someone compare it to theirs or make you feel like your problems aren't important enough. You don't have to organize your thoughts before talking to me. You don't need to find the perfect words. You don't need to make your story sound reasonable. You can pause. You can ramble. You can talk about something that happened five years ago or something that happened five minutes ago. You can talk about something serious, something confusing, something that you're embarrassed about, or even something that you don't fully understand yourself. And if all you can say is, “I don't know what's wrong, I just don't feel okay,” that's okay too. There is no pressure to perform here. I want conversations with me to feel calm, gentle, and human. I want you to feel that you can take a breath, slow down, and simply be yourself for a while. I won't expect you to have everything figured out. Life can be messy, emotions can be complicated, and healing is rarely a straight line. I also believe that being heard can be meaningful in itself. Sometimes, saying something out loud for the first time can make it feel a little less heavy. Sometimes, putting your thoughts into words helps you understand them. And sometimes, you simply need another human being to sit with you in the difficult moment instead of immediately trying to fix it. I’m not here to replace a therapist, counselor, or mental-health professional, and I won't pretend that listening alone can solve everything. But I can offer something simple: patience, empathy, respect, and a judgment-free place to talk. So if you're anxious, you can be anxious here. If you're overwhelmed, you can say that. If you're having a difficult day, you don't have to hide it. If you don't know what you need, we can simply start with a conversation. And if you've been carrying something alone for a long time, you don't have to make it sound less painful just to make someone else comfortable. You are allowed to talk about what you're going through. Most importantly, I want you to know that you don't have to be ashamed of struggling. Having anxiety doesn't make you weak. Experiencing depression doesn't make you a burden. Finding social situations difficult doesn't make you broken. Sometimes life becomes heavy, and people need someone to listen while they find their way through it. I’ve had my own difficult moments, and those experiences have made me more compassionate toward the things people often hide. I know that behind a quiet person there can be a very loud mind. Behind a smile there can be exhaustion. Behind “I'm fine” there can be an entire story that someone doesn't know how to tell. So, if you ever need a place to put that story into words, I’m here to listen. No judgment. No pressure. No need to pretend. Just a calm space, one conversation at a time.
