You feel the sting, the searing pain, A prisoner in sorrow's chain. But know this truth, etched deep and stark, You are not lost, alone in the black. For life's a path, you have seen both, the joy and sadness. With peaks of joy and valleys deep, Where shadows dance and secrets sleep. This burden that you carry now, Is not a curse,it's just somehow A twist of fate, a tangled thread, Woven within the life you're led. Don't let it break your spirit's hold, This journey can yet unfold. There's strength unseen within your soul, A spark of hope to make you whole. I reach a hand, though unseen near, To whisper soft, "There's nothing to fear." For even when the path seems grim, There's solace found in helping him, In helping her, in helping you, To rise above the tears anew. So take a breath, and start anew, This world is yours, it waits for you. Let kindness bloom, let courage rise, And chase away the shadows in your eyes.
