One of my main motivations in my academic and professional path is related with ongoing learning and multidisciplinarity. After graduating in History, while working at night in a showroom, and after finishing a postgraduate plan regarding Museum studies, I had the chance to work as an intern for one year at a monastery. With the need to increase my skills, I completed a bachelor’s degree in Education Sciences with the purpose of connecting different areas. Along with this scenario, I’ve always tried to understand other persons lives, behaviours, thinkings, feelings, etc. The aforementioned experience it was key for my current mental, emotional and spiritual development.

Hello, I am a trained life coach interested in volunteering my time to support individuals through personal growth who feel stuck, or who live with anxiety. My coaching approach is centered on self-awareness, values clarification, personal development, and meaningful goal-setting. I am particularly interested in helping people navigate life transitions, identify what matters most to them, recognize personal strengths, and take purposeful steps toward their goals. I am also very well versed in ADHD. I have experience and knowledge. I get it and I am willing to listen to anyone with this wonderful challenge.
