As my screen name indicates, I AM here for you! I am a 2nd-year grad student working on a Master's in Social Work. Beyond that, I'm an experienced, inquisitive, and passionate professional with a strong background in communications, organizational development, and personal performance before returning to academia.  I am also a lifelong musician, having played drums, percussion, and sung for almost as long as I've been alive.  I'm currently playing with an incredible group that specializes in performing our own music as well as performing our own versions of incredible songs across many decades. I've been a writer, author, and speaker all for my entire life.

🫶 I’m someone who enjoys listening to others and making people feel heard and supported—and yes, I promise I’m not one of those people who says “just be positive” and disappears 😭. I’m a calm and understanding person, and I believe that sometimes having someone listen without judging can make a big difference. I’m here to learn, help where I can, and create a kind and welcoming space for others. I’m also always interested in learning from different people and perspectives. 🌱 When I’m not listening, I enjoy having fun, laughing, and enjoying the little things in life because honestly, we all deserve someone who can listen and make us laugh a little. 🫠✨

I am someone that has been through so many lives struggles but remain undeterred. I am passionate about seeing people live a healthy, happy, hopeful, peaceful and contented life. I’m also passionate about good mental health and hope to become a professional mental health therapist one day.
