Need to talk to someone?

I am a fourth year undergraduate student at the university of Toronto. To say the least, getting to wear I am now has been quite stressful and exhausting with ups and downs in both my school and personal life. I would like to offer my support to those going through similar circumstances and challenges and to help them manage their stress. Lending support to these individuals will not only be rewarding for me but I would have liked to speak to someone about what I was dealing with when I was going through my challenges. 

I always wanted to share some random act of kindness, light, and hope to everyone.
