Hello! Welcome to 7cups, I'm glad you've made the decision to join us today! I've been here since 2016, but have taken many extended breaks over the years. I come back whenever I feel like I need community support, and it never disappoints. I usually lurk in the group support chats on my member account, but I like to spend time as a listener to pay it forward. Please note I am not currently accepting new chats!

Hi,  Glad you found your way here - I hope you're having a great day, but if you aren't then you're in the right place (the site, at least, not specifically bigging myself up). I've had a lot of life experience with a whole host of issues, either personal or from friends and family. I'm always happy to listen - you aren't a burden.
