How can we treat/heal someone without Indulging/stepping into their shoes?

hey , it may be hard and i may not be able to solve it ,but for a moment ,for a few minutes ,it may all seem well ,and this is what life is about . living even when you feel like a character in your own story . look differently ,maybe this all is happening for a reason .a reason you aren't aware of , but god is .
