Need to talk to someone?

I may not be perfect, but I can listen to you and understand your feelings, even if only a little.

Since 4th grade, I had a passion to listen to others and be a source of trust. Having carried that dream past graduating from a UC with a bachelor's in psychology (I can’t give advice, I’m not a professional), all I want to do now is step into what I've always wanted. I struggled with depression and anxiety so I know what it's like, especially when it feels like every step you take is heavy and your breathing even heavier but you've got miles to go before you reach shelter. Please, if you need to talk to someone, I'm here for you. I'm listening. 

Hello lovely people, Currently I do not take topics regarding: depression, suicidal thoughts and self harm. Favorite topics of discussion: Conscious,Subconscious, Awareness,Mindfulness,Present moments.  i am open for general chats too. :)

As a listener .. I will try to providing a safe space for individuals to share their struggles with stress and mental health.  While I don't have a formal background in psychology or therapy, I have a deep understanding of the importance of active listening, empathy, and validation in supporting others. My goal is to help those I interact with feel heard, supported, and valued, while also encouraging them to seek professional help when needed. I believe that everyone deserves a listening ear and a safe space to share their experiences, and I am committed to being that support for those who need it.

Hi! I’m a friendly, caring and easy-going person who enjoys getting to know people and having a chat. I’m someone who genuinely likes listening to others and being there when someone needs a bit of support, whether they want to talk about something serious or simply have someone to chat with. I’m very open-minded and non-judgemental, and I think everyone should have a space where they can be themselves and talk openly about how they’re feeling. I’m happy to listen to whatever is on your mind and will always treat what you share with kindness, respect and understanding. I know that sometimes talking to someone you don’t know can actually make it easier to open up, so I’ll always do my best to make you feel comfortable and never pressured to talk about anything you’re not ready for.
