I’ve been working in healthcare for several years and have experience supporting people through difficult and vulnerable moments. I’m familiar with trauma, grief, PTSD, and the challenges that can come with chronic illness. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. You don’t have to have the right words or have everything figured out. I’m here to listen :)

Je suis quelqu'un de hyper ouverte aux autres, empathique et sensible. Je connais assez bien aussi les troubles mentaux et différents handicaps, les comprends et les respectes, ayant un frère handicapé. J'ai moi même plusieurs problèmes de famille, je n'ai vraiment pas une vie facile, mais 1 seule chose est sûre, j'adore aider les autres. Je suis très heureuse de pouvoir parler avec des gens dans le mal être qui ont besoin de quelqu'un a qui se confier, et j'espère que grâce à moi ils iront un peu mieux et se sentiront moins seuls !
