Hey there. I'm glad you clicked on my profile. If you're here, things might feel a bit heavy right now, or maybe your head is just spinning and you need to get the noise out. I get it. The world is incredibly loud, and it's exhausting to constantly pretend you have everything under control. I’m not here to hand you a list of toxic, cheerful platitudes or generic advice. I’m just a real person sitting on the other side of this screen, ready to actually look at what you’re going through and say, “Yeah, that sucks, and I’m sorry you’re carrying that,“ before providing a firm, real piece of information that you'll be needing as advise.  You can drop the mask here. Say the messy things, the dark things, or the confusing things you can't say to the people in your everyday life. I won't judge you, and I won't walk away. I’m right here. Whenever you're ready to type, I'm ready to listen. I'm a human being, and so are you. We're in this together. No scripts, no plain and banal 'you got this!', and no gate-keeping.  Vent, and whatever you say will stay between us.  Let's take it one step at a time. You and me.
