Kathryn Haydon, MSc

Kathryn Haydon, MSc, is a creativity and innovation strategist, skilled facilitator, and keynote speaker with over two decades of experience maximizing individual and collaborative creativity. She trains individuals, leaders, and teams with the tools they need to embrace change with confidence and think up the next big idea, consistently.

An award-winning educator, Kathryn has written and spoken widely on creative learning and the secret strengths of outlier learners. She co-authored "Creativity for Everybody" (2015) and "Discovering and Developing Talents in Spanish Speaking Students" (2012).

Kathryn earned her BA in Spanish literature and culture, with a minor in economics, at Northwestern University, and her MSc in creativity and change leadership from the acclaimed International Center for Studies in Creativity at SUNY, Buffalo.

With the release of her latest book, The Non-Obvious Guide to Being More Creative No Matter Where You Work, Kathryn will be on tour Fall 2019 offering workshops to corporate teams to apply creative thinking strategies and tools from the book to real work challenges.
