Before I write anything here, I want to point out that my English is not perfect!

Since I was twelve, I have been interested in the human mind and in how people think, feel, and cope with difficult situations. I have always cared about helping others. Friends and acquaintances often tell me that I should become a psychologist because I am a good listener and treat others with understanding. My friend is autistic and occasionally suffers from panic attacks. Several times, I have helped her calm down by speaking to her patiently and directing her attention to something soothing. This made me realize that I enjoy interacting with people and that I can remain calm and empathetic in difficult situations.

Because I have experienced difficult things myself, I know how hurtful it can be to be judged by others. That is why I try to treat people without prejudice and make them feel taken seriously and understood. I would like to get involved on this platform because I want to support other people and show them that difficult phases in life can be overcome. At the same time, I am aware that I cannot replace professional therapy. Above all, I would like to listen, show understanding, and encourage people to seek professional help if necessary.
