...See more i have very understanding and good people in my life, no current stressful events, a stable living situation, good health, etc but i still can't get away from anxiety. i feel like i can't calm down no matter what i do and i'm constantly on edge that i'm going to feel worse later. i have no appetite and no amount of water i'm drinking feels like enough. i'm scared of being left alone, i'm nervous when it starts becoming night because i think bad things are going to happen when it's nighttime. everything that normally seems to help isn't. i haven't left the house in days. i feel like i'm going absolutely b u c k w i l d crazy and i'm scared that i'm going to snap somehow and get stuck in my anxiety and not be able to deal with. and i'm really scared that i'm going to have to go to the hospital. i get lots of reassurance that everything ok and i know it is and i try to not be so scared of the anxiety and try to welcome and accept it but that doesn't seem to help and i just can't shake it and i can't get out of my head. i hate feeling so unhinged like this. i've had anxiety in the past to varying degrees and maybe even like this before it just feels so uncomfortable lately. i'm so scared of feeling like i'm going insane
