...See more Hello, I need a bit of solace.. Ive noticed I struggle with ocd like thoughts that come over and over. they're kind of like intrusive thoughts. Am I the only one? I feel kind of like a weirdo, for context I have cptsd with my autism. The events happened years ago yet I still think about them while Ill be doing dishes and I stim to feel better. I also tend to feel guilty after I talk out my feelings.
