...See more Me and my wife have been struggling for a couple of years now. I suffer from severe anxiety and depression. I've not been as faithful as I should have been but I've done alot of crap when I've been drunk. I'm now back at my parents for a bit. Me and my wife still talk but we're very short with each other, I get very frustrated and angry and it's pushing away any chance of reconciliation. I need some kind of help or tips to cage my emotions up. It's weird because I have no emotions for anything else! My wife always targets me and blames me for the arguments but she speaks to me like she's just trodden in me. And everything is my fault which obvs doesn't help with my mental health. My daughter is keeping me alive right now.

...See more I'm new here and my first post. I've never been so mentally weak as I feel now, I've been through so much which has caused severe anxiety, depression, PTSD and panic/worry when around crowds. I know I'm not the worst here but this is horrible, my head's so cloudy, I can't sleep and have suicidal thoughts and nightmares. I've seen specialists but they're not a long term thing so this is my next physical step :/ It's hard to talk but I know it helps.
