...See more Hey guys, So a month ago I've been diagnosed with anorexia nervosa and I started therapy along with medication treatment. I've been prescribed medication for depression that increases my appetite at the same time, and my psychiatrist wants me to gain weight so that I'm not underweight anymore. The problem is that I'm really stressed about weight gain and rationally I know that it's what I need to do to be healthy but I just can't accept it, I feel extremely fat and disgusting and I don't want to gain anymore, it makes me really anxious and I cry a lot when I think about it. How do you guys deal with that?? Does anyone have any advice?? I'm really struggling :((
