I am currently an undergraduate university student studying Psychology. I have personally struggled with bouts of depression, relationship stress, intense breakup grief, and social anxiety. I'm not an expert but I have gotten better through not giving up and moving forward. I enjoy going to the gym, martial arts, playing basketball, hiking, video games, reading, and trying new things.
