Hi, my names Owen. I’m an athlete who’s experienced moderate anxiety, depression and PTSD. I understand that the world can feel so so lonely, and that nothing’s going your way. I’ve been there all too many times, but I’m here to try and help make your world feel less bleak and cruel and hopefully shine some light on how amazing you really are! If I’m every taking a long time to reply, it’s because I’m still a student and working a part time job! So I’ll reply as soon as I have the time!
