Anxious mess

...See more Whenever I'm worried about something I will stress and can't concentrate on anything else or do anything else until I know it will be okay or resolved. Things like people taking long to text back or not communicating for long periods make me anxious and make me feel like people don't want me around or are mad at me. I moved to a new state a couple years ago and other than my bf I have not made any new friends at all. How do some of y'all deal with that level of anxiety that makes you feel like you can't breathe and basically incapacitates you until you get an answer or get something resolved?
