Barely held it together today

...See more The anxiety was so overwhelming today, that I almost completely broke down at church today. I had to tell myself to hold it together as I sat outside the confessional (and during my confession). I was in tears sitting in the pew waiting for Mass to begin. Again, I had to tell myself to hold it together. Once Mass started, the anxiety abated, but there were times I had difficulty concentrating. I felt better after Mass, and had a reasonable afternoon.
