Low mood and self worth

...See more Like anger, I have read that you should try to recognise when something affects your mood negatively and avoid it by distracting yourself. Anger is definitely a big thing within my very being but it’s low mood and self worth that im talking about more specifically. I know what causes it. Perhaps the most but I can’t avoid it like the advice recommends. For me it’s work. I can’t stand working. It destroys me bit by bit everyday. Quit, you might say. That won’t solve the issue. See, it is my job but only because it’s my current one. it doesn’t matter where I work or what I do. It’s work. I loath working. I am usually ok outside of the workplace but as soon as I’m back at it my mood takes a massive hit. It’s always been like this. There’s no ordinary job that I wanna do. How can I stop this happening when I can’t avoid it?
