GWM in my 50s, trying to cope with what I grew up with that split me into a system of 4 (or more). When not at work, I'm usually playing Star Trek Online, 7 Days to Die, or other online games. Saturdays are gaming days with friends at home. If you're seeing me on between 7:30 AM and 4 PM ET, I'm likely at work and may be called away mid-conversation.
