I've been trough many difficult situation in life , losing love ones, love, friendship, work -related stress, being axious or nervous, dealing with disappointment and etc.


I'm here in hopes that I could help others who might be going trough similar situations. We all shared many similarities in negative emotions we have gone through but the same also true for the positive emotions.
