...See more One of my issues when dealing with anxiety tends to come from my family and friends. I've noticed how they sometimes seem to down-play my anxiety as if it's not a big deal and I'll be OK. I believe they act this way because they don't know what it's like living the way I have to live and I try to explain to them how miserable it makes me feel but they just don't understand! I'm tired of trying to explain myself to people and trying to make them understand what I'm going through. Anyone else feel this way?
