I have come a long way on my journey from the age of 10 to now at 45. I have made great strides, but I have accepted that being bipolar is part of my chemical makeup. I love me for me after many many years. However, I wouldn't be here if I didn't need support every now and then. That's what makes me healthy-putting "tools" in my toolbox to help me fight the bad times.
