always feeling out of place, alone and confused

...See more I moved yesterday into the apartmant I stay when I go to Uni. I though that because my friends were around I would feel better but I dont. today I spent all day feeling like shit. arround 8pm the two girls who live with me went out. I was alone in the living room. I looked out the window and the sun was coming down and a storm was comming. I tough it was quite beautiful the view from my window. There was still bright out, the wind was strong and the sky was grey, the clouds quickly moving. i put some music on the background and turned of the tv and my phone and went sit down by the window to contemplate the scene. this was all very instinctive. I opened the window and started crying. I felt the cold wind but still stood there with the window open, crying for 40 minutes for no reason, feeling helpless but calm at the same time. Its dinner time at this point but I dont want to eat. Its now mostly dark outside and I realise by this time that although I felt quite calm all I tough about while crying was about my face hurting of the cold wing, and my thoart getting tighter and tighter and the desire of carving my nail deep into my bare arms which was something I did befor but never to the point of hurting myself badly. I dont know what to do with these feelings
