I am interested in the field of psychology and mental health, and I genuinely love listening to people without judgment. I have completed courses on understanding mental health,Overcoming OCD : Diagnosis,Treatment options and Management and Anxiety management, and had completed Diploma in Psychology and I’ve also participated in a psychology and counselling workshop focused on ADHD and ASD.
