Panic Attack Questions

...See more So for about a month, I've been having daily anxiety and panic attacks. They can occur randomly and often subside once PMS occurs. I can often tell that I'm about to have one because my movement starts feeling weird, my gut feels weird, sometimes my eyesight gets a little blurry, my surroundings start feeling like my enemy (people and all), I heat up, and just all of the sensations makes it feel like I'm dying. I know that panic attacks can occur differently for people, but am I ok? I have been trying chamomile tea (helps) and chewing gum, but when I ran earlier, I was sent into a panic attack afterwards. I also meditate using the Rootd app (also helps). Are there any good suggestions for dealing with panic attacks?
