I am a 56 year old female who has gone through a lot of trauma in my life. Sometimes it seeks up and I just need a little support. I am a mother of 2 children my oldest has extreme ADHD that makes it difficult for him with every day tasks. He is 24 and is still struggling to get out on his own. My youngest is 22 and in College as a theater major with creative writing as a minor. They are high functioning autistic, nonbinary, gay. I'm very supportive of who he is, but to me, they will always be my son. I'm currently a newly Wed in my 5th marriage so you could say I have struggled with relationships. Co-dependancy is a huge factor in that.

I have found myself finally and have vowed to return to my passion this year. I love fishing, and I have not been in years because I didn't want to go alone. These days, I think I would rather go alone for my own Self-care and reset. I recently moved from Idaho to West Virginia, which has been drastic and a culture shock. My health was bad my first to years in WV so I never got out to explore. Doctors discovered it is fibromyalga I was dealing with, and it attacks my face and head. They found the right treatment and I will get out there this summer!
