...See more So 2 weeks ago my dad suddenly got a heart attack. And the tests show that he has to do a bypass surgery in few months. He is stable under medication now. But my mind is so full of negative thoughts where i go through same thought process and have panic attacks. Im 20 years old and my medical entrance exam is in around a month. I can't study straight without being distracted by these thoughts . This exam is really important for my future.. Anyone has some advices for me?😥

...See more So i did medical entrance exam and results were out few days ago and i won't get selected because im in cut off range. So ill have to do another attempt in this November and its really hard to get back to study routine after 4 months of no study.. any tips how to start??
