A bit about me, I love nature, traveling, making art, practicing yoga and martial arts.
I am very interested in psychedelics and plant medicine as well, I have quite some experience with it. I have been lucky to experience Iboga and Ayahuasca. I'm a spiritual person (not religious, I do believe in Yeshua though)
I have/am struggling with (social)anxiety and depression, and I am interested in psychology and the mind etc.
Most suffering comes from the mind now a days.Â
I speak Danish, English and some Portuguese:) tiny bit of Spanish too..
The world can be a better place if humanity change, but we have to start with ourselves first.
The flame of suffering becomes the light of consciousness
