mental and physical issues?

...See more For about 2 weeks I think? Maybe 3. I have gotten into a situation with an internet friend and it has stressed me out. It's happened before but not as much. But this one really got me. Usually I shrug it off but the next day I wake up and I just don't feel like getting out of bed, I don't feel like eating and id get up at weird times because I just want to sleep all day. I'd get up at 3am, walk around my house and cry about 3 or 4 times before going back to sleep. This would happen every day for about 4 days. Foward to now and I haven't cried since and now I cried today for the first time. I don't know if I'm overthinking anything but yeah. Also, since I'm female, I'm also about 2 weeks late for my period. I am not sexually active either and that worries me. My hands and feet also have been feeling cold pretty often as well. When I get up from bed or from sitting down, I get lightheaded and I get headaches sometimes as well. I've been having little stomach bugs every now and then too.. I'm going to my schools clinic tomorrow to see the issues. I am very worried for my health and I just want to be very happy and healthy again.
