...See more I'm really putting myself out there doing this but I'm not well. My grandma died 12/23/23. She was on hospice end stage alzheimers. My grandparents raised me. My grandma was my soul mate. I suffer from mental illness and brain will not process this. I cannot accept she is gone. I just feel like she's Someplace else right now. I am full of anger and rage. This pain is unbearable. My family nor my husband is very supportive. They tell me I'm doing this to myself that I need to accept it. Like I should already be over it. I may never be over it. I don't know how to grieve her. Just needed to let this out I'm doing the best I can. I write to her every night. I want to tell her everything like I always have. The last 3 days have been *** Grief comes and it goes. I run myself into the ground every day doing everything I can to stay busy. I hate going to sleep. I'm overwhelmed. Any advice or tips would be appreciated. This is my first big loss so this is still all new to me. Thanks for listening.
