...See more Does anyone struggle with self-sabotage? When my emotions are really intense and I struggle to regulate them, I shut down, become very depressed, and do nothing to get out of it. I wallow and get angry for struggling. I beat myself up constantly and I grow deeper and deeper into the depression. How do I stop?
