...See more Hi everyone, I have been struggling with depression for the past few years, but since the pandemic started, I completely lost my joy for living. I used to be a lover of life and enjoyed myself and loved my job, it’s the reason why I left my country at a such young age to pursue my dream. I feel lonely and frustrated at work, all my friends and coworkers can’t stand being near me, because I’m so depressed I’m scaring people away. I eel a very quiet sadness, almost like I feel nothing, empty, to tears, everyday less and less words. I have a very hard time getting out of bed, when I do, I go straight into the sofa and watch tv all day. If I don’t have work I can spend days without leaving my apartment. I don’t know what to do to get myself out of this, please help me.
