Hello!

Thanks for checking out my profile. I'm Alex, and I'm a trained Active Listener here at 7 Cups.

I have been through many experiences dealing with depression, stress, and trauma in my day, and I still struggle with anxiety. So, I can most likely relate to you and your experiences.

As an Active Listener, my job here is to listen to you, whether you're ranting to me or simply seeking a friendly voice to have a conversation. Just know that you are never alone, and I commend your strength and perseverence.

Most of my Active Listening days are spent on prescheduled chats, but if you would prefer immediate support, you can enter the queue to speak with the next available Listener here at any time, 24/7/365.

There are many different topics that I am willing to chat with you about, and many of them are listed below. However, nobody's experiences are ever cookie-cutter in nature, so please do not let my listed areas of expertise turn you away from seeking my support - simply send me a message and I will be more than happy to listen to you.

What do I do outside of Active Listening?
