Thanks for checking out my profile. I am training to become a counsellor and I decided to join this website to help clients in need. I have experience treating clients with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder. My personal approach to therapy involves a variety of techniques from disciplines such as mindfulness, cognitive behaviour, existential and humanistic therapies. I hope to be able to help you throughout our journey together.
