Hello! I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with Bi-Polar, depression, anxiety, alcohol/drug abuse, loneliness and anyone else that needs a friend. I enjoy writing, reading, watching t.v. and movies, walking, golfing, listening to music,volunteering, and being a friend. I've overcome a lot in life and would like to help by listening to you. I have been there, done that, so I will never judge you as anyone less then a great human being. I look forward to listening.
