Hello everyone, I'm Alex - one of the listeners here at 7 Cups. I've dealt with a wide range of issues and have volunteered within a university well-being team.

My professional role has me conversing with victims of crime on a daily basis, more specifically vulnerable individuals whether through their needs or their circumstances.
