Hello! I am a trained active listener, who have been through my fair share of challenges in life, and as such have built up experience and understanding on various things in life that may be hard to deal with. You can talk to me about anything, but if I would have to name anything in specific it would have to be anxiety, depression, loneliness, disability, self esteem issues etc. But as I said, feel free to talk to me about anything.
