My name is Alexis and I am a HUGE advocate for mental health awareness. I take pride in being a safe place. I would love to chat with you!

Things about myself.. I am a macro foodie! I love coming up with healthy foods that are high in protein and delicious! I love reading and receiving book recommendations. I love the gym and I love myself! 

I became interested in the mental health space early on in my life. I was always the quiet child and kept a journal of quotes that I loved. Somewhere along the line, I lost that journal and I still think about the comfort it brought me. I love hearing what others think and how they feel and gaining new insights. 

I am so beyond excited to be starting this new adventure! (and a little nervous!) I can't wait to experience this with you.
