I am here to support some changes I am making in my life. Traditional therapy is not really an option for me. One of the many challenges in "Small Town USA".
Recently deleted all my social media accounts and cut out some toxic people in and around my life. Negativity/Drama has no place in my space.
Looking for positive vibes, living in the present, and ways to manage my mental health barriers.
