I am glad to be here on 7 Cups to listen to you. In real life, I am a psychologist, but I also had to deal with a lot of mental health issues, especially depression and anxiety, and I want to be here for people who may need to be heard on these issues. I also have experience with familiy stress and would be glad to listen to you on this topic as well.
