Hi! My name is Allie and I am 22 years old. I have struggled with my mental health since I was young, and have been through my fair share of treatment centers. With my past, and experience of receiving treatment/help from many different people, I have gained insight on what truly helps (& doesn’t). I want to be there for people when they are feeling alone and like they have no one to turn to. I have been there, and it is hard. I have learned that it truly helps being able to speak to people who understand what you’re going through on a deeper level. Everyone deserves a happy beautiful life, and I want to be there for people to help them remember that. You are not alone :)
