I am a survivor of domestic abuse and would like to help others, My mom is a drug and alcohol counselor and I have a degree in Law. I have taken many psychology courses. I enjoy hiking, writing and creating designs for companies to use.I specialize in anxiety, adhd bipolar disorder, exercise and depression.
