Hi there, my name is Kinnesha and I am 34 years old. I am a single mother of three and I work in pathology. I am currently attending Walden University and I am interested in completing my internship with your agency. I want to be a social worker because my mother passed away two years ago of cancer. During that journey the social workers were amazing with her and her family's needs. I want to give back in any way I can and make a real difference. My best friend lives around the corner from me with her three kids and we are experiencing motherhood together. I am very blessed to have her by my side. For fun I like to go to the lake or the ocean and read a book. I enjoy photography. I love taking my kids on trips. This year we went to Hawaii and Yosemite National Park. I stretch my income and live under my means. I understand life can become difficult and if I can help people during my internship and help them get through their day or night, that would impact my journey to becoming a social worker.
